HEAD BOX PRESSURE AND LEVEL CONTROL
THE SYSTEM USES A PRESSURE TRANSMITTER & THE CONTROL ACTION DONE BY CHANGING THE HEAD BOX BY PASS LINE CONTROL VALVE OPENING . THE LEVEL IS CONTROLLEDBY INJECTING THE AIR FROM A BLOWER AND WENTING OFF THE EXCESS AIR AS AND WHEN IT IS REQUIRED AND THUS THE LEVEL IS MAINTAINED AT DESIRED LEVEL .

AUTO CONTROL FOR pH AND ALUM
IN Paper mills pH of head box is maintained by addition of alum & rosin manually in mixing chest which makes lot of corrision in all pipings ,pump and agitators . this whole operation is controlled by human beings & their is always chances of variation in dose of alum , which finally results in pH variation at head box of machine .

It is a world wide paper maker`s experience that variation in pH at paper M/c`s head box plays a greater roll in runability of paper machine and as well as quality of paper products in view of paper sizing .

To over come these problems , we have auto control for paper m/c head box`s pH , alum & rosing dosing which has following advantages besides of manually handling and control of alum & rosin dosing .
  1. Up to 20% saving in alum consumption
  2. 0.5% to 1.0% saving in rosin consumption .
  3. Minimize cobb variation
  4. Improves paper machine runability .
  5. Eliminates corrosion problem in approach flow pipe lines , pumps , agitators and other allied eqipments .

CONSISTENCY CONTROL SYSTEMS
THE SYSTEM USES A CONSISTENCY TRANSMITTER WHICH MEASURES THE CONSISTENCY OF PULP AND SIGNAL ARE TRANSFERED TO THE PID CONTROLLER.

PID CONTROLLER MATCHES THE CONSISTENCY VALUE WITH THE SET VALUE AND THEN THE CONTROL ACTION IS DONE BY OPENING OF THE DILUTION VALVE IN SUCTION OF THE PUMP AS PER THE CONSISTENCY MEASURED.

SYSTEM RUNS AUTOMATICALLY AT THE SET VALUE OF THE CONSISTENCY.

STEAM PRESSURE CONTRL SYSTEMS
THE SYSTEM USES A PRESSURE TRANSMITTER WHICH MEASURES THE PRESSURE OF STEAM LINE AND SIGNAL ARE TRANSFERED TO THE PID CONTROLLER.

PID CONTROLLER MATCHES THE PRESSURE VALUE WITH THE SET VALUE AND THEN THE CONTROL ACTION IS DONE BY OPENING OF THE STEAM CONTROL VALVE.

SYSTEM RUNS AUTOMATICALLY AT THE SET VALUE OF THE PRESSURE.

DRUM LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM
 
THE SYSTEM USES A LEVEL TRANSMITTER WHICH MEASURES THE LEVEL OF DRUM OF BOILER & SIGNALS ARE TRANSFERED TO THE PID CONTROLLER.

PID CONTROLLER MATCHES THE LEVEL VALUE WITH THE SET VALUE AND THEN THE CONTROL ACTION IS DONE BY OPENING OF THE VALVE IN DELIVERY OF THE PUMP AS PER THE LEVEL MEASURED.

SYSTEM RUNS AUTOMATICALLY AT THE SET VALUE OF THE LEVEL OF THE DRUM.
